Copain

Bread is the most basic of all food, having been developed by every single culture across the globe. Copain, takes its name from the French word for "friend", meaning 'with bread' in Latin. It utilises the universal characteristic of bread to bring conflicting groups together over food. Loaves were baked and shared fusing two varieties of dough together. This mix of conflicting cultures symbolises a union of spirit as we begin to bury our differences over a meal.
